Cost depends on the extent of damage, the number of panels affected, and whether paint blending is required. Because every repair is different, Mark Jones Paint and Panel provides a written, no-obligation quote after assessing your vehicle in person, so we can't give a fixed price without seeing the damage first.

A single-panel repair with no structural work typically takes a few days once parts are in, while multi-panel or structural jobs take longer. We confirm a realistic timeframe at the quote stage, once we've seen your vehicle, rather than guessing in advance over the phone.

Yes. We're an approved repairer for IAG, FMG, and AA Insurance, so we can liaise with these insurers directly and you won't be managing paperwork between two parties. If you're with another insurer, confirm your approved repairer requirements first, then give us a call.

Yes, we prepare quotes formatted to Work and Income New Zealand requirements for eligible customers. Call ahead during business hours to arrange an assessment, and we'll confirm what documentation you need to bring along with your vehicle.

You can call or visit us at 37 Campbell Street, Tokoroa, during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for an in-person assessment. Calling ahead helps avoid a wait, though drop-ins are welcome any time we're open.

Bring your insurance claim number and contact details if the repair is insurance-funded, or your WINZ case details if applicable. Private customers only need the vehicle itself and a description of the damage or concern for us to get started.
